How to apply the wall stickers?
Simply peel off the wall sticker and apply on a clean, dry, non-dusty and non-greasy flat surface using a cloth or a credit card to avoid air pockets and wrinkles. Please, avoid touching the sticky part of the sticker much, since it will lose some of the glue an will not be able to stick properly on the wall.
Please note, that the wall sticker may come with some creases from transportation. For best result, put the decal sticker on a flat surface weighted down to straighten it up before using it. Our vinyl decal stickers are very easy to apply and can be removed without leaving any residue on the surface.
How do I order?
Please visit our online shop and choose the desired product. Click on the picture of each vinyl decal sticker to see detailed description, then add the quantity you want to order and click ‘Add to Cart‘. If you want to look for more products to buy, you can do that anytime before checkout– your item is saved in your cart. Once you are ready to purchase, go to ‘View Cart‘ which will be displayed at the top of the page as well as at the top navigation next to the search button. Add your address or and select preferred check out method, then click ‘Place Order’.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer three options to pay for your order – bank transfer, credit card or Paypal. You can choose your preferred method of payment on the check out page. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions
How long the shipping takes?
The shipping may take up to 14-30 days if the order is processed from our international warehouse or up to 7 days, if processed by our Australian warehouse.
Do you offer refund?
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of having received it and can opt for refund. To be able to opt for refund the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. You are also responsible for the proper packaging and all postage cost for the return transportation. Please pack the item the same way, as we did. Please review our Returns Policy prior to return.
How quickly my order will be processed?
Our usual processing time is 3 to 5 days from the day of purchase. We will do our best to inform you by email, once your order is dispatched. If you have ordered a product from us and you haven’t received a dispatch email from us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
How can I track my order?
If you’ve been waiting for over two weeks and Australia Post states that your parcel is still in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your parcel.
What if the sticker is damaged during shipping?
Once you received your vinyl decal wall sticker, please inspect the package to make sure the package is undamaged and still sealed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the parcel and advise the courier to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Please note, that the vinyl decal wall sticker may come with some creases from transportation. Creases on the paper cannot be considered as a damaged vinyl decal or wall sticker. Even if the paper is creased, that does not mean the decal is damaged. In this case, put the vinyl decal wall sticker on a flat surface weighted down to straighten it up before using it. Leave it for 24-48 hours. The longer you wait – the better.
Once put on the wall, it should stick flat on the surface, if applied correctly. If you are still unsatisfied, please contact us.
