How to apply wall sticker / wall decal?
This depends on whether you have purchased a wall decal or a wall sticker. The main difference between these two is the application. Usually, wall decals are applied using a transfer film.
Please make sure, your surface is dry, non-dusty and non-greasy.
Use a cloth or a credit card to avoid air pockets and wrinkles. Please, avoid touching the sticky part (if you don’t use transfer film) of the sticker much, since it will lose some of the glue an will not be able to stick properly on the wall.
Please note, that the wall sticker may come with some creases from transportation. For best result, put the decal sticker on a flat surface weighted down to straighten it up before using it. Leave it for 24-48 hours. The longer you wait – the better. Once put on the wall it should stick flat on the surface if applied correctly.
Our vinyl wall stickers are very easy to apply and can be removed without leaving any residue on the surface.
How do I order?
Please visit our online shop and choose the desired product. Click on the title of each product to see detailed description, then add the quantity you want to order and click ‘Add to Cart‘. If you want to look for more products to buy, you can do that anytime before checkout– your item is saved in your cart. Once you are ready to purchase, go to ‘View Cart‘ which will be displayed at the top of the page as well as at the top navigation next to the search button. Add your address or and select preferred check out method, then click ‘Place Order’.
How do I pay for my order?

How quickly my order will be processed?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Our usual processing time is 3 to 5 days from the day of purchase. You can track the status of your order at anytime – Track Order…
How long the shipping takes?
For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks delivery time, depending on your location. Please, allow a bit more time for a rural areas. Some of our wall decor products are shipped from overseas and take longer to arrive.
Do you offer refund?
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of having received it and can opt for refund. To be able to opt for refund the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. You are also responsible for the proper packaging and all postage cost for the return transportation. Please pack the item the same way, as we did. Please review our Returns Policy prior to return.
How can I track my order?
What if the sticker is damaged during shipping?
Once you received your vinyl decal wall sticker, please inspect the package to make sure the package is undamaged and still sealed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the parcel and advise the courier to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Please note, that the wall sticker may come with some creases from transportation. Creases on the paper cannot be considered as a damaged vinyl decal or wall sticker. Even if the paper is creased, that does not mean the decal is damaged. In this case, put the wall sticker on a flat surface weighted down to straighten it up before using it. Leave it for 24-48 hours. The longer you wait – the better.
Once put on the wall, it should stick flat on the surface, if applied correctly. If you are still unsatisfied, please contact us.
