At Kids Wall Stickers, we aim at 100% customer satisfaction.
We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If you are not happy with your purchase from Kids Wall Stickers, you can return or exchange it, and/or be entitled to a refund, in accordance with the terms below.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS – 14 DAYS
If you’ve had a change of heart, simply return the product to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will exchange it for another one of your choice (to the same value). Please note that, the product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all original packaging. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will advise you on the next steps.
As you will remain responsible for the goods until they reach us, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned. If a product is returned to us that is not in ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you in lieu of an exchange.
We make sure our products are carefully packed prior to shipping, but occasionally accidents happen.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please do not accept receipt of the parcel. Please, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the product as attachments to your email, and we will organise a replacement immediately.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged, you will be entitled of exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product at email@example.com to organise the exchange.
