WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Our usual processing time is 3 to 5 days from the day of purchase. 

– All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we supply them as our orders come in).

– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

All Australian orders will be shipped for free. Please note, that we reserve to change the FREE shipping policy at any time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks delivery time, depending on your location. Please, allow a bit more time for a rural areas. Some of our wall decor products are shipped from overseas and take longer to arrive.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main offices are located in Australia, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as North America, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON’T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.
